1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
  4. Ship the item back to us at:

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Dealbina will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Dealbina error or defective product.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above.
  2. Indicate that you would like an exchange in your return request.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement to you.
